With a focus on social-emotional concepts Nadine comes with the mind-set that a focus on personal well-being is a necessity for success in all areas of life from the office, to home, and anywhere in between Nadine drops many nuggets of wisdom that foster emotional wholeness.

Sam brings a focus on the health component of the SHAPE model. While he is a fitness guru he recognizes that his true strength comes not only from how much time he spends working out his body, but it also working out his mind and soul too.  He provides insights on shaping up from the inside out!

If you want to add flare and excitement to your traditional learning routine then Lauren is the girl for you as she spices things up with an academic focus!  She is a Special Education expert and provides tips that can be used with children of all ages and ability levels. The whole world is her classroom and she'll teach you how to make it yours too.

Practicality meets presentation sums up NiKayo as she focuses on the public relations piece of the SHAPE umbrella. How we communicate and present our ideas to others is just as important as the information being shared. NiKayo creatively presents public speaking issues and provides fun tips that are relatable, impactful, and professional  in manner.
