NiKayo Coble Ajibade is an international education leader, consultant, and learning strategist who helps families, schools, and organizations bridge the gap between vision and reality, strategy and practice. With over 20 years of professional experience across the US and internationally her work spans technology, education, and non-profit sectors. She has dedicated her career to empowering others to overcome obstacles, close learning gaps, and step into lasting victory.

She is the creator of the S.H.A.P.E. educational model and has designed and scaled professional development programs for diverse audiences. Her clients range from families to classroom teachers and school leaders and further still her impact has touched corporate teams and nonprofit stakeholders. Her work consistently equips individuals with confidence, skills, and tools to grow in their careers and achieve meaningful impact.​

NiKayo grew up in Wisconsin and earned a Bachelor in Computer Science & Masters of Education degrees from Spelman College and Georgia State University respectively. She has held a wide range of leadership roles including: founder of Mary’s Helm, LLC, School Principal, Vice Principal, K–12 Curriculum Coordinator, and Youth Ministry Leader. These roles reflect her passion for building pathways to success. NiKayo continues her mission of guiding organizations across the bridge to excellence as an education consultant. She is also the author of educational resources including the Mary’s Muse line of children’s books. Still, her most cherished roles are wife and mother.

When she is not championing learning and leadership, Mrs. Ajibade enjoys traveling, reading, salsa dancing, playing video games, and walking her dogs.
