NiKayo D. Coble is an international education consultant with experience in the education, non-profit, and banking industries. She organizes events and resources that provide education solutions to families, individuals, and organizations. She is the founder and C.E.O. of Mary’s Helm LLC, an education consultancy based in the United States of America. She is an author and co-wrote the award winning REEL Integrity character based education curriculum.
NiKayo specializes in public speaking, data analysis, curriculum design & and project management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the prestigious Spelman College and Masters of Education from Georgia State University. In addition, she is a certified teacher who holds ESOL and K-5 Mathematics endorsements. She has served in various education leadership roles including K-12 curriculum coordinator, assessment coordinator, and head of department. In addition to her professional accolades, her experiences include being a youth ministry leader, young adult mentor, and advocate for disadvantaged youths.

MEHDI FELFOUL M.BA, CPA

Mehdi is a visionary Chief Financial Officer with more than 15 years of international experience. He has a wealth of valuable experience gathered over the years from having worked with prestigious companies such as National Bank of Canada and Silver Coast Construction as a senior executive.

Mehdi holds an MBA and a CPA degree from the University of Quebec-Montreal Canada, and also taught statistics and finance courses at UQAM university. He has an excellent knowledge of financial, management, cost and tax accounting. Mehdi also has proven strategic and operational analytical skills associated with customer centered approaches and highly effective communication.

SARAH ALZUBAIDI M.Sc

Sarah has 10 years of experience in teaching chemistry at American curriculum high school and university level. She completed her Bsc in Education, has a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management.

Sarah Alzubaidi is an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is totally student-centered and fully committed to developing the whole child. She is a lover of art and engineering and includes these elements in her teaching methods.

DAVID FERREL

A nuclear specialist for over 36 years, David Ferris has worked both domestically in the US and internationally in the commercial nuclear power industry with an emphasis on plant licensing and regulatory interface. Currently based in Abu Dhabi, He has been supporting the Barakah nuclear project since 2013 focused, in part, on mentoring junior Emirati engineers.

Rawan Bekdash is an Elementary School counselor. She has more than 10 years of experience as an educator with a degree in Education, a Teaching Diploma and Masters degree in Applied Psychology. She addresses 3 main domains of counseling: Academic Development, Social/Emotional Development and Career Development. She is a strong advocate of equity and wellbeing of students and staff.

Rawan always seeks to build and repair relationships on individual and community levels. She's currently focusing on restorative practices. She has initiated staff wellbeing events, led assembly talks, and presented wellbeing sessions for parents. She presented “Learning in the 21st Century” at PEAK conference in Kuwait where all schools come together for one drive which is providing the best education for their future generations.

MALLIKAH A. SHARP M.Ed

Mallikah has over 20 years in the Education field. She holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and a B.Sc. Education in Early Childhood Education.
Mallikah has taught English as a TEFL/TESOL specialist in the United States, United Arab Emirates, China and South Korea. She is also a Reading Specialist Grades K-12. She has published articles in education journals, given talks about Autism and has written curriculum for private schools and home schools.

Mallikah is a diversity, equity and inclusion advocate. She has memberships in Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc., National Association for Multicultural Education (NAME), Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society, and Delta Kappa Gamma International Society.
